However, James Patterson, who wrote Kiss the Girls and Along Came a Spider and other "thrillers", actually blurbed HIMSELF in one of the NY Times ads for his latest book. It was something along the lines of "This book would make a terrific movie. - James Patterson". I thought that was pretty ballsy. Well on the front cover, they got like a real author to do a quote so that space was FILLED.
